RUMORS OF B+K DEATH PREMATURE
Hi all. Sorry there's been no updates, but there's really been nothing new to say. It looks like this movie will not see a release in 2008. We're projecting a release for 2009, but, no specific dates yet.
Here's the deal: After meeting with a number of international distributors for our film, and evaluating their offers, we decided the best move would be for us to self distribute. To do this right, requires a significant amount of resources of time, energy and finances. So as soon as we can allocate all the necessary resources to get this movie out, we will do so. Hopefully sexy vampire movies with ass-kicking female bodybuilders will not be out of fashion by the time it comes out : )
I know it's frustrating, but we appreciate your patience. When we have real news to give, you'll be the first to know about it.

Surprised you couldn't find any media distributor who would simply take your material as is. There are hundreds around the world. So, it must be much more than that.
By next year Blu-ray will be well underway. You might want to consider it as an option, as well as standard DVD. Wait any longer and they'll be yet another format to deal with.
Good points about the formats. My post regarding distributors may not have been entirely clear, so I modified it. We did in fact have offers from several distributors but we didn't find the terms suitable for us. Thus, self distribution seems to be the best option, but it's also led to the subsequent delays of the movie's release. Gregg
As frustrating as it sounds, I hope you stick with it. I'm literally frothing at the mouth waiting on all the hot FBB vamp action. This movie promises to be a very big deal.
I'd see a doctor about the frothing, if I were you. And given the very, very long delay reality is becoming a mirage. If money is the real issue, I'd say the film might not see the light of day for another few years, at best.

Just sell the dvd online. Can you imagine the Denise Masino fans that would buy more than one at a time?
